Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ASSSK LLC ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the FitPlan mobile application ("FitPlan" or the "App") for iOS and Android.

Short version: FitPlan does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Everything you enter into the App is stored only on your device. There is no account, no sign-up, no analytics, and no advertising.

Information we collect

None. FitPlan does not collect any personal information about you. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other identifier. We do not create a user account for you on any server.

Information stored on your device

When you use FitPlan, the following information is stored locally on your device in an on-device database:

• Profile details you enter during onboarding (such as training goal, days per week, equipment access, and optional body statistics).
• Training plans you create or select from the in-app library.
• Workout sessions, including exercises, sets, reps, weights, rest times, and optional notes.
• Body weight entries, if you choose to log them.
• Progress data such as personal records and estimated one-rep maxes calculated from your logged sets.
• App preferences such as unit system (kilograms or pounds) and theme.

This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or to any third party.

Permissions the App requests

FitPlan only requests permissions it needs to function:

• Notifications. Used to display a local alert when your rest timer finishes, even if the App is in the background or your phone is locked. Notifications are generated by your device and are never sent from a remote server.

FitPlan does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, location, calendar, or any other sensitive resource.

Third parties, analytics, and advertising

FitPlan does not use any third-party analytics services, crash reporting services, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. No data about how you use the App is transmitted to us or to any third party.

Children

FitPlan is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because we do not collect information from anyone, this policy applies uniformly to all users.

Your control over your data

Because all FitPlan data is stored only on your device, you are always in full control of it. You can delete all of it at any time by:

• using the reset option inside the App's settings, if available; or
• uninstalling FitPlan from your device, which removes all locally stored App data.

Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.

International users

FitPlan is published from Japan. Because the App does not transmit data off your device, no cross-border transfer of your personal information occurs.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect new features, legal requirements, or changes in how the App works. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, for material changes, indicate that the policy has been updated. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
